Position - Lathe Set-Up Operator

Job Location - Hartford, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)

Starting Pay - Depends on Experience

Required Experience - 3+ years Set-Up experience is required

As a Lathe Set-Up Operator you will perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC machining equipment.

Responsibilities

- Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.

- Perform some machine alignment procedures and machine zero home procedures to keep equipment at peak operating performance.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine problems.

Qualifications

- 3+ years set-up experience.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.

- CNC programming experience is a plus.
