UGC Video Content Creator (Apprenticeship Track)
Remote, must be based in CA | Freelance + Training | $20/hr for freelance projects
Are you the kind of creator who’s always ready to hit “record”?
Clear Digital Labs is looking for on-camera storytellers who can script, shoot, and edit standout short-form content.
This is your chance to sharpen your skills across digital marketing (social, content, SEO, paid ads, branding + more) while getting paid to create for real brands in our network.
This opportunity includes:
- UGC video projects ($20/hr to start)
- Portfolio-worthy work + certification support
- Mentorship from industry pros
- Potential to be hired by small businesses in our network
You should be:
- Confident on camera and creative with short-form video
- Skilled in CapCut and familiar with IG Reels, TikTok & Shorts
- Based in California (required for program eligibility)
- Able to commit to both training + freelance assignments
