Your Role as a General Dentist:

As an integral part of our team, you'll lead with clinical excellence, deliver patient-centered care, and help foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-mouth exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver top-tier restorative and general dental care.
• Lead and mentor your support team.
• Build trust and rapport with patients through compassionate care.
• Engage in quarterly CE and clinical case review sessions.
• Contribute to practice growth through quality care and culture-building.
• Champion a 5-star experience for every patient.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
