Project Manager - Mission Critical

Overview We're seeking a Project Manager in Austin to lead technically complex mission critical projects for a specialized design-build general contractor. Our client is a highly respected design-build contractor recognized for technical expertise, early collaboration and delivering complex mission critical facilities. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys solving complex construction challenges, working closely with clients and design teams and leading projects. You will lead all aspects of project execution, overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, project financial performance and client communication while driving efficient project delivery. You'll work closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants and field teams to coordinate design, construction, commissioning and project turnover. Qualifications 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience supporting advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities is a plus Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to build strong client relationships while successfully managing multiple priorities in technically complex construction environments Competitive compensation package of $150,000 to $210,000, with performance-based bonus potential, generous PTO, professional development opportunities and long-term career growth.
