Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

This is a true Product Manager role, not a Product Owner position. The focus is on end-to-end product management, delivery strategy, and building value-driven operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive product delivery priorities across the organization.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Work within ERP and data-intensive environments.
Develop and implement scalable operating models.
Establish value-based product management frameworks and delivery practices.
Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy through execution.

Required Qualifications

Strong end-to-end Product Management experience.
Proven ability to prioritize product initiatives and drive successful delivery.
Experience building operational and value-based delivery models.
Strong data and ERP experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or Relevant work experience.
Agile and DevSecOps experience preferred. Not Looking for Safe Methods
Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
