Title: Oracle PL SQL Developer
Locations: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 06 Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $40-$45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with a strong data engineering mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle database development, PL/SQL programming, data warehousing, and large-scale data processing. Experience with ETL tools and cloud platforms, particularly Azure, will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and scripts.
Develop and maintain scalable data integration and transformation processes.
Design and implement data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and support data warehouse solutions, including ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
Monitor database performance and perform query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards across data platforms.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for database development.

Required Skills

8-10 years of experience in Oracle Database Development.
Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing concepts , including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension Modeling.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.
Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
Knowledge of data engineering principles and large-volume data processing.
Excellent SQL development and database design skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, Talend, or ODI .
Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, or other Azure data services .
Experience working in Financial Services/Banking domains .
Knowledge of Python, Shell Scripting, or other automation technologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices for database deployments.

Nice to Have

Azure Data Engineering experience.
Financial/Banking data domain experience.
Oracle Certifications.
Exposure to Big Data or cloud-based data platforms.
