Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, reliable Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage day-to-day administrative and facilities support. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences, oversee badge and access security, and maintain smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest & Visitor Management: Serve as the front-desk ambassador; greet visitors, schedule/confirm appointments, issue visitor badges, and coordinate seamless arrivals.

• Meeting & Event Support: Coordinate catering for meetings and events, manage orders, account for dietary restrictions, and set up meal deliveries.

• Badging & Security Operations: Process badge requests for new employees and contractors (including taking photos and printing badges); deactivate badges for exiting staff; monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity.

• Office & Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; oversee incoming/outgoing mail and shipments; assist with meeting room bookings.

• Facilities & Supplies: Maintain a tidy reception area; monitor office and facility inventory, submit purchase requisitions, and coordinate facility maintenance requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based office management tools.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service standards.

• Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, and strict adherence to security protocols.
