As a Security Officer Full Time Access Operations in Richfield, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage site entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points for the logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records. Help to deter unauthorized access by observing access-control systems, reporting irregularities, and escalating concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including access issues, delivery-related disputes, and emergency notifications. Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, loading areas, and the business perimeter, as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
