26 Foot Non CDL Box Truck Driver

Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced 26‑foot box truck driver to join our team in Hayward, CA. Pay and Benefits $1000 sign‑on bonus. Pay: $27.00 per hour (starting salary range). Medical, Dental, Vision. 401(k) with company match. Employee Assistance Program. Paid time off. Flexible work schedules (when possible). Schedule Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7:30am start time. Must be available for weekends when needed. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26‑foot box truck with liftgate. Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed; 100% touching freight required. Complete timely and accurate deliveries to commercial and residential locations. Average 15–20 stops per day; approximately 250 miles driven daily. Routes throughout Northern CA; some installations may be required 10% of time. Requirements Valid non‑CDL driver’s license. DOT medical certificate. Clean driving record with no speeding violations over 15 mph. No DUI or criminal history. Minimum 1 year of verifiable 26‑foot experience within the last 3 years.
