Porter PositionAt MRK, the Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property. This includes ensuring that all grounds, common areas, interior spaces, and office areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in offices, bathrooms, and shared spaces, helping to create a positive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The Porter also prepares vacated apartments for new residents by restoring them to move-in condition.We are seeking a dedicated Porter to support our New Bridge Crossing (River-Edge, NJ) and Wesmont (Wood-Ridge, NJ) communities and supporting 173 residential units.
