Responsibilities Reviews sales forecast and customer order demands in order to establish sequence and lead time of each operation and determine the accuracy of master production schedule. Analyzes plant capacity data and production specifications and performs mathematical calculations to determine labor/material requirements to meet the time demands of the plan. Interfaces with Customer Service Department, Sales Department and Plant Supervisors to ensure that plan efficiency and schedule adherence are maintained to satisfy customer demands. Reviews and approves engineering changes or new product implementation for feasibility and schedule into the production plan for execution. Interfaces with Purchasing for purchased materials to ensure the production schedule is maintained and to meet any unforeseen conditions. Monitors inventory levels (dollars/units) of assigned product line. Maintains and updates D365 Released Products list as necessary. Performs all other duties assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. A solid understanding of the product lines. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of the D365 application and computer literacy. APICS certification as a CPIM is helpful (not required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
