Job Summary The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, food-compliant facility and ensuring all sanitation activities meet GMP, HACCP, and company standards. This role leads the sanitation team, manages sanitation schedules, conducts inspections, and partners closely with FSQA and Production. Responsibilities Perform and supervise cleaning of equipment and processing areas Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Complete tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule Train, coach, and develop sanitation employees Conduct ATP swabs and corrective actions Perform daily pre-inspections and report issues Create and update SSOPs Monitor chemical usage and storage Coordinate contractor and external cleaning services Create maintenance work orders as needed Requirements 2+ years food manufacturing/sanitation experience (Required) 1+ year supervisory experience (Required) Bilingual in English/Spanish (Required) Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in cold, hot, humid, or dusty environments Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA (Preferred) HACCP or GMP certification (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Employee assistance program Employee discount Referral bonus program Overtime pay at 1.5× Opportunities for advancement Pay $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
