Job summary

Our Greenville office is seeking a motivated individual for an Entry-Level Sales- Recruiter/Account Manager position. Candidates will build client relationships, conduct interviews, and match candidates to opportunities. The company provides comprehensive training and promotes from within. This will be P/T position thru 90 day training period .. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, with additional incentives. Paid holidays plus vaialbility of medical insurance and a 401(k), when qualiided are offered. Join a dynamic team and kickstart your career in sales.

BS Degree in Business or Construction Management related field
Computer program competent

Responsibilities

Create / develop a business sales plan to secure new business
Assist with marketing our business profile
Assit with recruiting / onboarding candidates
Build relationships with clients by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate matches between candidates and companies.
Study staffing services to effectively sell to current and future clients.
