PeopleShare Lancaster, PA is hiring for CNC Machine Operators and Machinists! ***Job Details for CNC Machine Operator - CNC Machinist:Schedule:2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1:30amWeekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 7am-7pm1st shift and 3rd shift occasionally openPay Rate: $22 to $28 per hour based on Shift and Experience LevelPermanent Full Time roleJob Responsibilities & Description for CNC Machine Operator - Machinist:Maintain, operate, and perform setup and changeover of CNC MachinesCNC programming involvement: simple program edits, offset adjustments, first piece inspections etc.Read and apply blueprints and understand GD&T: Geometric dimensioning and tolerancingRefine small metal parts to tolerances of +/- 0.005" and as small as +/- 0.0005"Use calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring toolsJob Requirements for CNC Machine Operator – Machinist:REQUIRED: 2+ years of experience in skilled CNC Machine Operation including setup functionsREQUIRED: Experience with GD&T and manufacturing blueprints, schematics, or custom drawingsMust have excellent work history: 2+ consecutive years in a recent role, with near-perfect attendance recordPREFERRED: Understanding of G & M Codes and CNC programming basics (test run, edit programs, or perform offset adjustments)If you have experience from Flinchbaugh, Richter Precision, Warwick Machine, Fenner, Tait Towers, Johnson Controls, Military Commercial Fasteners, Greiner, TE Connectivity, or a similar precision company, you are likely a good fit, please apply!If you feel you have MOST of the above qualifications, please apply!
