Recovery & Housing Outreach Case Manager

Substance Abuse Center of Kansas is looking for a full-time Outreach Case Manager in Wichita. This role focuses on assisting unhoused individuals in shelters and supportive housing environments. Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain certification as a Kansas Certified Peer Mentor and have knowledge in substance abuse recovery and community resources.
