Consumer Documentation Processor - TRID

Builtwell is Chattanooga's premier community bank and we are currently experiencing rapid growth. We are interested in expanding our capacity to provide loans, and we are currently looking for a Consumer Documentation Processor to join our growing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for process approved consumer loan requests and deliver a complete and accurate loan document package to the lender and the customer as soon as possible. Specific primary responsibilities are:

• Processes approved consumer loan applications using automated loan document preparation software.
• Selects appropriate title company, surveyors, appraisers, and other vendors, as needed and requested by lenders to acquire needed vendor services.
• Prepares loan documents and early disclosure letters as appropriate.
• Transmits loan document packages to the lenders.
• Specific Understanding of TRID guidelines and compliance requirements for consumer real-estate requests.
• Review loan files for inaccuracies and deficiencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
