We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary customer interface while managing internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery expectations, and business objectives are successfully achieved. In this role, you will lead Customer Focus Teams (CFTs) to translate customer communication and manufacturing requirements into clear, measurable actions. You will work closely with Production Control, Asset Management, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.If apply.How Will You Make an Impact?Serve as the primary customer interface and main point of contact for assigned accountsLead and manage internal cross-functional teams to support customer manufacturing requirements and delivery commitmentsDrive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and operational execution excellenceCoordinate customer communication regarding delivery schedules, manufacturing updates, and project status changesIdentify changes impacting delivery timelines and establish revised customer expectations accordinglyManage sales orders, forecasts, and order-related changes to support MRP execution and manufacturing schedulesCollaborate with Asset Management and Production Control teams to meet customer delivery requirementsEvaluate loaded orders against monthly and quarterly revenue commitments to support financial performance goalsReview and communicate ECO discrepancies, incomplete documentation, or disposition concerns with customers and internal teamsCoordinate impact analysis activities and obtain required customer approvals for engineering changesObtain purchase orders related to ECO charges, pricing updates, and customer-driven changesCoordinate quotation activities for customer requirements and lead quote review meetings as neededEnsure pricing implementation dates and quotation details are clearly communicated to prevent invoice discrepanciesSupport monthly excess inventory review activities and coordinate customer disposition processes in alignment with company policyFacilitate customer meetings related to excess inventory, open actions, and financial resolution activitiesEscalate operational or customer issues proactively to avoid missed milestones or delivery commitmentsMonitor and support financial performance metrics including revenue projections, excess inventory mitigation, and accounts receivable performanceCoordinate quarterly cost reviews, pricing updates, and standard cost discussions with customersLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including preparation of presentation materials and customer deliverablesPartner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer support processes and operational performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirementsWhat You BringStrong customer relationship management accountabilityYour BackgroundBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following environments:Program Management within the Contract Manufacturing industryProject Management in a design environment supporting external customersProject Management within a manufacturing environment managing multiple projectsExperience supporting customer-facing manufacturing or operational programs preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience coordinating manufacturing schedules, forecasts, quotations, or operational deliverables preferredFamiliarity with ERP, MRP, or manufacturing planning systems preferredNice to HaveExperience managing customer accounts within electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing industriesFamiliarity with engineering change order (ECO) processes and manufacturing documentation controlsExperience supporting revenue forecasting, inventory management, or financial performance reviewsExperience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customersBackground working in highly regulated or quality-driven
