In this role, you will pull, pack, and ship sales orders to our customers, making sure every shipment leaves accurate, on time, and ready for the road.What We OfferStarting wage of $16.00 per hourFour nine-hour days plus a half day - Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM80 hours of vacation annually (2 weeks per year, accrued)40 hours of sick time annually (1 week per year, accrued)80 hours of paid holidaysExcellent benefits package available after 30 days, including medical, dental, and HSA optionsCompany-paid life insurance, with the opportunity to purchase additional coverageFree Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with company match and profit sharingProduct discounts, education reimbursement, gym reimbursement, and more!What You Will Be Doing(Duties may vary based on daily order volume and department needs.)Pulling product from inventory to fill customer sales orders accurately and efficientlyPacking orders securely for domestic and international shipment, selecting appropriate cartons and packing materialsProcessing shipments through carrier and freight systems, including small parcel and LTL freightGenerating and applying shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required shipping paperworkVerifying orders against paperwork - part numbers, quantities, and customer requirements - before shipmentBuilding, wrapping, staging, and loading pallets for outbound freightOperating a forklift and pallet jack to move, stage, and load product (training and certification provided)Receiving inbound shipments, verifying contents against packing slips, and putting away stockTracking materials and products for inventory purposes, including cycle counts and physical inventory supportCompleting shipping documentation and order records accurately and on timeKeeping the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safePerforming other duties as needed within the shipping and receiving departmentWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulShipping, warehouse, or distribution experience is preferred but not required; training will be providedA proven track record of dependability and punctuality - excellent attendance is essentialAbility to read and understand work instructions, sales orders, and shipping documents in EnglishBasic computer skills for order processing and carrier shipping systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy when picking, packing, and verifying ordersWillingness and ability to be trained and certified to operate a forklift and pallet jackAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 9 hours per day)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to bend, reach, and carry throughout the shiftGood hand-eye coordination and the ability to work efficientlyAbility to communicate and work well with others in a team environmentCommitment to safe work practices in a warehouse and shipping environmentIf you are looking to put your skills to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, this may be the opportunity for you!How to ApplyPlease apply online at or apply in person at:Easton Technical Products2709 Freeman RoadMonticello, IN 47960Applications are accepted in person Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
