We are hiring full-time Construction Laborers / Equipment Operators to support our industry‑leading rumble strip installation crews across the United States. Why Work with Us? Training & Growth – We invest in your development with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for career advancement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Transport trucks and heavy machinery across state lines. Operate rumble strip and other related equipment. Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance inspections, ensuring safety and optimal performance. Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. Work independently with minimal supervision once trained. Occasionally interact with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel. Prioritize safety by adhering to job‑specific protocols and wearing necessary PPE. Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with appropriate assistance/equipment. Requires ability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time on pavement. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, fumes, and airborne particles. QUALIFICATIONS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License REQUIRED . Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to maintain equipment. Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. with overnight stays. Must take the initiative to build work relationships with your team and external customers. Must conduct yourself in a manner promoting a professional atmosphere by being a team player, self‑motivated, organized and having a positive attitude. Must have good oral and/or written English communication skills with co‑workers, customers, contractors, and engineers.
