Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian

VetUrgency, a BluePearl Veterinary Partners hospital in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Full-Time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-equipped hospital supported by an experienced and skilled clinical team.

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6pm-12am, & Sunday 12pm-12am

Pay Range: $108,680 – $136,840+ base salary plus quarterly production (no negative accrual)

What You'll Do

• Provide urgent care evaluation and treatment for same-day and walk-in patients
• Work closely with a skilled technical and support team
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
• Utilize advanced diagnostics including digital radiology, ultrasound, and full in-house lab services
• Collaborate with specialists across the BluePearl network as needed, including on-demand access to boarded criticalists
