As an independent practitioner, you will provide comprehensive dental care including patient examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency care. The role involves maintaining high standards of infection control, collaborating with dental staff, and ensuring accurate record keeping. The schedule includes regular patient appointments, a mixed workday, and on-call emergency duties with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and dental procedures
• Diagnose oral conditions and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Implement infection control protocols and sterilize equipment
• Collaborate effectively with dental team members
• Provide emergency dental care as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dental practice
• DDS or DMD degree
• Valid state dental license
• Proficient in oral examination and dental procedures
• Strong patient care and infection control skills
• Knowledge of radiology and anesthesia administration
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities
