MUST HAVE CPA
Experience in a growing global company General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/APOR) Month‑end close and journal entries Manage portfolio, bank reconciliations Tax preparation Prepare financial statements, profit and loss statements Support upper management and adhoc reporting Prepare monthly property net operating income reports and analysis Maintain balance sheet and income statement support Review general ledger and adjust/explain variances Prepare and present monthly financial statements to management Budgeting, forecasting, payroll, internal controls and staff management QualificationsMUST HAVE CPA
