Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hiring Manager role based in Charlotte, NC. The Hiring Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including developing job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring leaders. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering with managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience. The Hiring Manager will track hiring metrics, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with training teams to align new hires with development programs. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with company policies and employment guidelines, improving service quality in hiring processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Talent acquisition skills, including Hiring and Recruiting, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and provide clear updates and feedback.
- Focus on Service Quality, ensuring professional, consistent, and respectful interactions with candidates and colleagues.
- Training-related skills, including supporting onboarding, and partnering with training teams to align hiring with development needs.
- Experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field; prior experience as a recruiter or hiring manager is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC and manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
