Assistant Manager

Freddy's is looking for managers who are passionate about guest relations, employee development and business growth. Freddy's is seeking an Assistant Manager Candidate to help our leadership team. Starting pay is between $45k - $48k based on experience. Restaurant management experience is required. Candidates for this position should have daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability. This position can be between 40 - 50 hours a week.

Freddy's is seeking Hourly Shift Supervisors. Starting at $15 - $18 per hour. Restaurant experience is recommended. This position can be part-time or full-time with opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week. Candidates for this position should have daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability.

Our restaurant closes at 10:00pm Sun-Thurs and 11:00pm Fri/Sat. There are great opportunities for advancement!

Shift supervisors help run shifts, manage team members, take care of guest resolution, make sure the restaurant is clean and organized, work key stations, open or close restaurant, etc.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
• Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday.
• Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.

• Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently
