Responsibilities include:Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and help connect them with the appropriate person or department.Answer incoming telephone calls, assist with general questions, route calls, and take messages as needed.Provide helpful and responsive service to both clients and fellow associates.Assist with routine administrative and clerical responsibilities, including forms, reports, directories, and other office needs.Sort and distribute mail and coordinate incoming and outgoing packages.Assist other departments with projects such as mailings, reports, and other administrative needs.Use Bank systems and resources to help direct clients and visitors to the appropriate associate.Maintain confidentiality and follow Bank policies related to privacy, security, and technology.Help create a positive experience by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, accountability, and respect in every interaction.Support additional projects and responsibilities as opportunities arise.Learn, Connect & GrowYou'll have the chance to:Build relationships and network with professionals throughout the Bank.Learn how different departments work together to serve our clients and communities.Gain exposure to a variety of banking functions and potential career paths.Develop valuable communication, customer service, organization, and business skills.Take on projects that provide opportunities to learn beyond your day-to-day responsibilities.Build a strong foundation for future growth opportunities within the Bank.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, retail, or other related experience is preferred.Previous experience operating a multi-line telephone system is helpful but not required.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Good organizational and time-management skills.Basic computer and office technology skills.Ability and willingness to learn Bank systems, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.We're looking for someone whoEnjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service.Brings a positive, friendly, and professional approach to their work.Communicates clearly and confidently in person, over the phone, and in writing.Is organized, dependable, and attentive to details.Can manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.Is comfortable using computers and learning new technology and systems.Takes initiative and is willing to assist wherever needed.Is curious and interested in learning more about banking and financial services.Values teamwork, integrity, respect, and accountability.
