What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Knoxville Ghost Kitchen, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and standards.
- Ensuring all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Assisting with inventory management and proper food storage.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
