Urology Physician

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated Urologist to join our expanding Urology program. Our state-of-the-art Urology Center, which opened in June, is located directly across from the hospital, offering a prime location for both outpatient and surgical responsibilities. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team and potentially take on a leadership role as Chief of Urology. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urology care with a mix of outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities. Collaborate with a team of three Urologists to deliver high-quality patient care. Participate in a shared call coverage arrangement with an outside Urology group, with an expected call schedule of approximately 1:5 to 1:6. For leadership candidates, oversee administrative responsibilities within the Urology Department. Contribute to the growth and development of the Urology program. Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology. Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates. Interest in program growth and clinical excellence.
