Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Eligible for or holds a state license to practice as an SLP
• Experience with pediatric caseloads, especially within school or early intervention settings
• Comfortable conducting sessions in-person and via teletherapy
• Knowledge of best practices, evidence-based therapies, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience welcomed but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students in early intervention (aged 1–5), supporting language, speech, and communication development
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulatory and school guidelines
• Educate and empower families and caregivers with strategies to support children’s progress at home
