As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact.
• Support patients in achieving and maintaining their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs daily.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification during employment.
