Location: The Pointe at Stafford, 300 Park Ridge Court, Stafford, Virginia, United States of America Job Description We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage all aspects of apartment rentals, including attracting and assessing potential residents, completing lease documentation, and coordinating move‑in procedures. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 / hour Rent Discount: 20% Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions: paid monthly Employee Referral: up to $750 per referral Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life / AD&D Insurance, Long & Short Term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan: with company match Paid Time Off: 10 holidays per year, sick leave Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: Schedule subject to change based on business needs What We’ll Expect from You Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance (may be required for travel to multiple properties) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service Additional Information Compensation packages may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Morgan Properties, LP
