Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across two care settings, split between a skilled nursing facility and a veterans care facility
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Ability to work across multiple care settings within the same week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Experience working with veteran populations
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient caseloads and facility environments
