Production Operator

Production OperatorGrace Manufacturing Inc. is a world class leader in machine manufacturing, specialty precision products, and other industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for Production Operators at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas.This is a production role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the following:Operating production machinery and producing partsChecking work against defined quality specificationsWorking in a team environmentWorking on continuous improvement projectsCross-training on multiple job functionsMaintaining production workflow and a clean work areaMaintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Grace Manufacturing policies and proceduresOther miscellaneous duties as neededThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:High School Diploma or GEDStable work historyOrganization and communication skillsEffective decision-making skillsHigh level attention to detailPreferred:Experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience operating machineryUse of blueprints, drawings and work orders to process ordersUse of measuring instruments to check partsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time.Must be able to walk in an office and production environment up to 100% of the time.Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Grace Manufacturing is proud to be Employee Owned (ESOP) and offers its employee-owners a competitive compensation and benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and 401k.
