PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

This isn’t just a "desk job"—you’ll be on the floor, driving productivity, ensuring safety, and serving as the bridge between management and our diverse workforce.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can navigate cultural nuances and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine with minimum two years supervisory experience.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee employees working in a warehouse environment
• Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements 
• Provide coaching for employees, and disciplinary action when needed
• Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary
• Complete administrative tasks as directed by management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Multiple Language Skills preferred - Spanish,Nepali, French, etc
• Candidates must have reliable transportation

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working weekends
