As an Operational Team Member, you'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day. No previous industry experience is required, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Working Environment

• On-site role within a Gateway Care Center.
• Active position involving standing, walking and lifting throughout the shift.
• Work around production equipment, heat and noise.
• Handle deceased pets with dignity and respect.
• Should be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Use required PPE and follow established safety procedures.
