Legal Administrative Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Green Meadows Partners is conducting a search for a Legal Administrative Coordinator to support a busy attorney and legal team in a fast-paced professional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior administrative or professional office experience who is interested in building a long-term career within the legal field. The role works closely with the attorney on client communication, scheduling, file coordination, and transaction support throughout the legal process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients via phone and email Coordinate client intake and collect required documentation and information Maintain professional, responsive communication throughout the legal process Scheduling & File Management Schedule consultations, meetings, and closings Maintain calendars and coordinate timelines and deadlines Open, organize, and maintain client files and legal documentation Order and track title work, commitments, and supporting documentation Legal & Transaction Support Assist with preparation of standard legal and closing-related documents Support transaction coordination from intake through closing and post-closing Help ensure required documentation and file items are completed accurately and on time Assist with file organization, document distribution, and administrative follow-up Administrative Support Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems Support general legal administrative processes and office operations Assist with compliance-related documentation and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 1–3 years of administrative, legal, banking, mortgage, title, or professional office experience preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Comfortable communicating directly with clients and supporting attorney workflows Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow within a legal support role Why This Opportunity?
