IT Consulting | Approximately 1.5 to 2 Days/Week

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices, programs, and processes for an IT consulting organization. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 1.5 to 2 days per week .

The HR Manager will serve as the go-to resource for employee-related matters and will work closely with management to support the organization’s workforce and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR in a small or growing organization and be comfortable working independently across a broad range of HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to management and employees, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Support business needs through employee engagement, development, motivation, and retention initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a positive, productive, and professional working environment.
• Oversee the performance management and appraisal process to drive employee development and high performance.
• Manage compensation, pay plans, and employee benefits programs.
• Assess training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
• Track and report HR metrics and provide management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance, compensation, and other workforce matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a hands-on HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• Experience managing HR functions within a small or growing organization is highly preferred.
• Experience with international HR is a strong plus.
• Strong track record in managing successful recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, reporting, and analytics .
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, HR databases, and other HR technology.
• Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• People-oriented and results-driven with strong judgment and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
