Position Summary 
We are seeking a Legal Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of legal projects and initiatives within a non-profit organization. This role will coordinate stakeholders, monitor project timelines and deliverables, maintain documentation, and support efficient execution of legal and organizational priorities. The position is part-time and hybrid in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track legal projects, initiatives, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with attorneys, internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, priorities, and action items.

• Maintain project documentation, status reports, trackers, and records.

• Support legal and organizational initiatives while ensuring alignment with established processes.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and escalate issues as needed.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and project updates.

• Support multiple projects and priorities in a non-profit environment.

General Requirements

• Experience in legal project management, project coordination, or a related role.

• Previous experience working with non-profit organizations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and project tracking tools.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Availability to work part-time in a hybrid environment in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, legal operations, legal project coordination, or a related area.

• Demonstrated experience working in or supporting a non-profit organization.

• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
