University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Oak Park, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment Administer medications according to care plan and company protocols Observe and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and maintain client confidentiality Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods Ability to pass background checks Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is a plus Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month Flexible work schedules Training and professional development opportunities Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of personalized home care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
