Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to provide full-spectrum nuclear medicine imaging services on-site at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in Vermont. This is a long-term federal government contract opportunity (base + 4 options = up to 5 years). The candidate must be available to onboard immediately upon award. Travel benefits (lodging, rental car, airfare) are available for non-local candidates.



Required Certifications & Credentials:

• Current ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification - mandatory, no exceptions
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association
• Must be eligible for VA Credentialing & Privileging (allow 60-day lead time)
• Must pass VA Background Investigation (Tier 1 / Low Risk)
• Must complete VA TMS training (Privacy, HIPAA, Cybersecurity) prior to first day
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
  Minimum 2 years of recent experience with advanced Nuclear Medicine applications
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic imaging systems
• Experience operating Siemens Symbia Intevo Excel and Spectrum Dynamics D-Spect (preferred)
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
• Must NOT be listed on the HHS OIG Excluded Individuals/Entities list
• Must comply with E-Verify requirement.
