About the Role:

This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspecting materials for quality and compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth inventory management. The specialist will serve as a key liaison between suppliers, warehouse personnel, and production teams to maintain seamless operations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in receiving, inspecting, or handling steel or heavy materials in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify material discrepancies or defects.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and follow safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
