Overview Patient Experience Care Advocate Specialist | Main Campus | Days Location: Yuma, AZ 85364, United States Job ID: 12850 | Status: Regular Full Time Responsibilities Coordinates review and resolution of consumer complaints concerning the quality of care and services by providing and coordinating a complaint and grievance system for the organization. Collaborates with all leadership to identify complaint trends. Provides feedback to facilitate system improvements to better meet the consumer’s needs. Utilizes understanding of the hospital’s mission, policies, procedures, and services to respond to consumer questions and concerns. Works closely with internal and external parties to manage and facilitate high-visibility processes and projects which enhance satisfaction and focus on the patient’s overall experience. Responsible for the implementation and sustainability of experience initiatives to improve the patient experience across the YRMC system. Other duties as assigned.
