You will lead client engagements and mentor a team of talented professionals. Position Overview In this role, you will be a key leader within the tax team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax advice and strategic recommendations. Your work will directly contribute to client success and the growth of junior staff, making a significant impact on the practice. Responsibilities Lead client tax engagements to meet and exceed their needs. Develop actionable advice and build lasting client relationships. Provide expert guidance on current business tax laws. Solve complex tax issues with creative and effective solutions. Use technology to automate tasks and improve process efficiency. Mentor and coach junior staff to support their professional growth. Requirements CPA certification is essential for this position. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Proven expertise in tax compliance and client relationship management. Strong mentorship qualities with experience guiding junior staff. Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
