Payroll Specialist

Position Responsibilities Preparation of payrolls with related tax deposits and liability payments Preparation of quarterly payroll tax reports and W2s Remitting client retirement contributions such as 401(k) and IRA, including benefit and garnishment deductions Processing 401(k) census and some workers' comp/insurance audits Skills and Education Required Ability to budget time and prioritize tasks with minimum supervision Excellent understanding, comprehension, and ability to articulate payroll procedures Preferred 1 year of payroll processing or closely related experience Ability to multitask in an open office environment and communicate effectively Proficiency in the use of computers and the ability to learn various computer programs Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Please include your Contact Information : Apply here: #J-18808-Ljbffr Opelikachamber
