As an Attorney in Health Plan Recovery, you will represent the reimbursement interests of some of the nation's largest health plans and resolve subrogation matters involving ERISA, non-ERISA, and fully insured plans.You will develop negotiation strategy, communicate directly with plaintiff attorneys, carriers, and adjusters, and move matters from case positioning through settlement.
