It operates across New York, Jersey City, Boston, and Washington, D.C. Who you are As a Line Cook, you are passionate about food, technique, and eager to learn. You are friendly, curious, and dedicated to becoming an integral member of a team that values hard work and attention to detail. What you’ll do Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality. Handle all aspects of kitchen operations—preparation, cooking, and portioning of food. Maintain and properly use kitchen equipment (fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers, and rotisserie). Ensure prep duties are excellently prepared, seasoned, and cooked to the standards taught by culinary leaders by the designated time of completion. Follow standard operating procedures for recipes, techniques, and build sheets of assigned dishes. Store all mise en place correctly, including labeling and dating procedures. Maintain sharpened knives and tools, exhibiting average knife skills in speed and accuracy. Keep a clear dish station, including handling chemicals, janitorial supplies, and health department standards; assist with deep‑cleaning schedules. Support the hospitality and kitchen teams as needed (e.g., call‑outs, catering, etc.). Use knowledge of Department of Health standards to keep kitchen spaces tidy and hold the team accountable. What we need from you 2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in a similar environment. Ability to walk or stand for long periods. English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.
