Registered Nurse – Urgent Care
Schedule: Rotating schedule: two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Weekday shifts are from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and weekend/holiday shifts are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Every other weekend required.
Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements: Active or conditional RN license in Massachusetts, Current AHA BLS certification, 1-2+ years of experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Clinic, Submission of a skills checklist matching specialty, Two recent references from Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor, Flu vaccine required during season, EMR experience preferred: EPIC
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in an urgent care setting, Triage patients according to severity of illness, Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, Educate patients on health management and disease prevention, Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team, Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures
