Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide high-quality bedside care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support complex rehab patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and major surgeries. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll follow individualized care plans, document in the EMR, reinforce therapy goals, and educate patients and families.
