Credit Assistant
PRT Staffing | Sarasota, FL
PRT Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Assistant for a growing Sarasota team. This position is ideal for someone with collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong organizational skills. Pay
Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding delinquent balances and document collection efforts.
Work closely with management and field teams to resolve collection issues.
Apply customer payments according to company procedures.
Process customer invoicing and account maintenance.
Set up new customer accounts.
Process credit applications and provide credit references.
Prepare and submit lien releases.
Answer phones and provide administrative support.
Perform additional office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of related experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, customer service, or office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and work independently.
