I opened my agency in 2019 after spending eight years as a State Farm team member, so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed in this environment. Today, our office includes six team members, and weve built a culture that balances high performance with a strong sense of teamwork and fun.

Im a mom to two young children, ages four and three, and family is a big part of how I lead the agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashleigh Fallo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
