Employment Type Full-time Requirements Valid State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Proficiency in digital dental X-ray technology. Demonstrated ability in healthcare diagnosis and periodontal assessment. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient interaction and education. Commitment to a safe, team-oriented work environment. Job Description Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to maintain and improve patient oral health. Diagnostic Imaging: Capture and interpret high-quality digital dental X-rays to aid in comprehensive healthcare diagnosis. Periodontal Assessment: Evaluate and diagnose gum disease, ensuring patients receive appropriate intervention and follow-up care. Patient Education: Provide individualized health education and counseling to help patients understand the link between oral hygiene and systemic health. Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient experience.
